REMOTE MONITORING
It is a fundamental part of our business and is both used on its own as well as supporting our teams on the ground. We split this into two distinct types:
FIXED MONITORING
As the name suggests, permanently installed and maintained. Not all sites require round the clock cover but you still need to know everything is okay there. This doesn’t only mean intruders, we also help our customers know their locations are safe from fire and flooding in a variety of places including in:

• Fly tipping hotspots
• Remote sites
While fixed monitoring are generally permeant installations, sometimes wireless connections work best or only practical solution. We use a number of M2M (machine to machine) as well as wired solutions to provide truly remote cover and flexibility.
Depending on the requirements, we use:

• Door / window sensors
• Beam blocking
• HD Cameras low light / infra red B&W
• Heat & smoke detection
• Moisture sensors
• Vibration sensors
We use a mixture of movement detection and unusual sound with AI software, as well as other alarms such door, or smoke, heat and moisture sensors to alert the remote team who will then monitor more closely. The key for us is exclude false alarms such as insects and wild animals triggering alarms unnecessarily so our team will assess the situation before they taking action. If required our remote monitors will raise alarm to the local contact or our rapid deployment team who can attend the site, working with the relevant emergency services and your business contact. Our remote monitor team will provide real time support guiding the guards on the ground and giving the best camera feeds to their smartphones where applicable.

EVENT MONITORING
If it is a club, a concert, festival or other event with hundreds or thousands of people, we can help the security team on the ground by careful monitoring remotely, looking for signs of trouble, vandalism or other anti social behaviour. It isn’t only about protecting those in the event but also ensuring unwanted and uninvited guests don’t gain access too.
As well as guiding staff directly and quickly dealing with the problem, we are able to record footage if required for prosecution later or to justify actions and protect both people at the venue and our staff from claims of abuse or mistreatment.
As well as remote cameras, our security staff wear body cameras to give further reassurance and protection to both people at the event and our staff.

Where is our control room?
Depending on the situation we either monitor remotely but locally (as in on the site) or truly remote 24 hours a day which we do with the help of our teams in the Philippines working 24 hours a day or in the UK if your business requires onshore support only. By combining humans, various alarms and software, we are able to better protect you and your business from a range of threats.
Vehicle and Machine Tracking
If you are tired of worrying about your equipment or you manage tracking yourself, why not speak to us about managing for you. We can provide full GPS tracking of lorries, vans and also industrial machines such as diggers, dumpers and other vulnerable expensive equipment. We can set a number of different alerts such as geo fences, time of day etc and coordinate with either onsite security or our rapid deployment teams if an alarm is raised.
Equipment & Materials
It isn’t only vehicles and machines that can be a headache to manage but building materials or other goods waiting to be used for manufacture or ready for sale. We have a number of solutions that are relatively low cost that can trigger alerts if anything unusual happens, such as vibration monitors, pressure sensors and of course cameras. We can provide a service that meets you needs from simply storing alerts with pictures for a certain time or more sophisticated proactive detection and alerts we follow up immediately. If you haven’t got security cameras already or they need reviewing, leave it to us. So we remote monitor and or support our staff on the ground we can manage the installation of the equipment required to protect your sites. We will first do a full survey for each site, drawing up a plan of what is required and what is already in place. Where possible we make use of equipment you already have, however we may recommend changes or upgrades as well as new devices which may provide better cover. We will discuss and finalise the plan with you together with costs associated, the charges for which maybe one off costs or included as part of the overall contract. We will then work with our partners to arrange installation and testing before handing over to our RM team to manage. We can take care of maintenance and relevant upgrades as and when required. When required we can safely store keys and gain access to your buildings or sites. This allows us to attend sites out of hours, open and close offices, warehouses or act as back up when your staff are sick or delayed.
We take your security and property seriously and appreciate the trust you place in us. We know guarding your keys and access is a big responsibility, consequently we have clear procedures and polices to track keys and access we give our staff requiring them to be signed in and out and stored in a location the user has not got access to.
SECURITY AND SNIFFER DOGS
Security dogs are a good addition to your security measures or useful for deploying at certain times. We generally don’t use them routinely however in some situations they provide either a good deterrent or ability to catch and detain intruders. For example if there is a sudden spate of problems we can deploy for a period while there is increased risk.
Sniffer dogs looking for explosives or drugs at events not only acts as an deterrent but enhances security and experience for everyone. These are an option if you are holding an event and need to provide additional security.
